Rooted in Manchester and shaped by Black and Global Majority struggle against empire, MSJI exists for study, political clarity, cultural life and community in the conditions of this moment. Through MSJI Press, our publishing house, we produce and circulate urgent political thought.

Our work is youth-led, community-based and grounded in dignity, justice and collective care.
